I have been intentionally working/struggling with this for a while. Although I rarely watch tv, the phone is a big distraction for me. I deleted FB from my phone for a while…maybe I will have to do it again. I pray to live that Purposefully Present and Intentional Life with my Lord, my husband, my children! BTW – “Fully Present equals Fully Gratified.” That’s a great line!
